Reception & Client Relations
Location: Warrnambool and Port Fairy (Hybrid)
Hourly rate: A$29 – $35 (depending on experience) + super
Hours: Negotiable.
Job start: ASAP
We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented team member to be a welcoming face and voice of our real estate agency. This hybrid role combines front-of-house reception duties with relationship-focused client support, ensuring every enquiry is listened to, accurately logged, and followed up. You will connect clients with our sales and property management teams, maintaining a professional, caring, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer phones, emails, and in-person enquiries; log details accurately in our CRM.
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure staff are updated promptly.
- Provide administrative support: scheduling appointments, preparing property packs, coordinating open homes/inspections.
- Maintain tidy and organized reception and office areas.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in logging enquiries.
- Diligent, proactive, and highly organised.
- Warm, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
- Competent with office software and real estate CRMs (e.g., EagleCRM, Reapit).
- Professional presentation and phone manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous reception, client service, or administrative experience; real estate experience preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office procedures.
- If recent school leaver, High school certificate would be advantageous.
